Common Questions

The Village Hub is accessible whenever you have an active booking. Floor assistance (front desk support) is available Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. Boardrooms can be booked between 07:00 and 21:00 daily. For extended access queries, reach out to Christel or Don.
Yes — secure parking inside Nooitgedacht Village is included with all plans. The estate is access-controlled, so your vehicle is safe while you work.
Apply the code 30%OFF when signing up online at villagehub.co.za/pricing, or simply mention it when you contact Christel or Don. The discount applies to your first 3 months on any subscription plan. Valid until 15 June 2026.
Absolutely. All members are welcome to bring guests. If you need a private space for client meetings, our Village Den (4-seater) and Village Chamber (10-seater) boardrooms can be booked at member rates.
A dedicated desk (Village Resident) is yours permanently — your name is on it, you can leave your gear, and no one else sits there. Hot desks (all other plans) are first-come, first-served from the available open desks each day. Both have the same amenities.
Monthly plans are billed month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. Day pass and hourly options are completely pay-as-you-go. We want you to stay because you love it, not because you're stuck.
We're located inside Nooitgedacht Village, Stellenbosch, Western Cape — a premium lifestyle estate on the R304. Contact Don or Christel for exact directions and gate access instructions.
