Need a registered CIPC or SARS address?
CIPC requires a physical street address where the company can be served. Because every Village Hub plan is a signed membership with desk days at the address, it is genuine business premises. How much is a virtual office in Stellenbosch?
From R595 a month excl. VAT for Village Address. Village Virtual is R1 095 and Village Virtual Pro is R1 695 a month excl. VAT. Every plan includes hot desk days, so you get workspace as well as an address.
Can I use it as my registered CIPC and SARS address?
Yes. It is included on Village Virtual Pro and costs R250 a month on the other plans, with a 12-month minimum. We need a signed mandate before we accept legal documents on your behalf.
Can I use the address on Google Business Profile?
You can use it on your website, invoices and letterheads. Google has its own rules for showing an address on a Business Profile and may ask for verification. We will receive and hand over any verification post.
How does mail handling work?
We receive your post at reception, photograph it and WhatsApp you the same day. Collect on weekdays from 07:00 to 18:00, or ask us to forward it. Mail is held free for 30 days.
Is there a contract?
Three months minimum, then month to month on 30 days' notice. No annual lock-in and no setup fee.
What do you need from me?
CIPC registration (or ID and trading name for a sole proprietor), a director's ID, proof of residential address and a line on what the business does. We check every applicant, which keeps the address reputable for everyone using it.
