Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Hub prices for desks, offices, rooms and virtual office are quoted excluding 15% VAT. Student prices are quoted including VAT, so what you see is what you pay.

Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?

No setup fees. Desk memberships are month to month and can be upgraded, downgraded or cancelled with notice. Virtual office plans carry a three-month minimum, then month to month. Private offices are on a standard office lease. Try a day pass first if you want to test the space.

What is included in the price?

Fast fibre Wi-Fi, power at every seat, ergonomic seating, filter coffee and tea, printing credits on memberships, community events, free parking and member discounts at The Village Table restaurant downstairs.

How much does a hot desk cost?

R60 an hour, R150 for a half day, R250 for a full day, R1,000 for 5 days a month, R1,600 for 10 days a month, or R3,000 a month unlimited. A dedicated desk of your own is R3,500 a month. Hot desk guide.

What does a private office cost?

Village Personal (1–2 seater) R6,950, Village Private (3 seater) R10,450, Village Team (4 seater) R13,950 and Village Executive (6 seater) R20,950 per month. All furnished, with 24/7 secure access. Teams of 3+ qualify for volume pricing.

How much is a virtual office?

Village Address R595, Village Virtual R1,095 and Village Virtual Pro R1,695 per month excl. VAT. Three-month minimum. Activation follows a short compliance check (CIPC, ID, proof of address) and the first payment, usually within 24 hours. Virtual office details.

What do student memberships cost?

Exam Pass R795 once-off for the November 2026 season (20 passes). Student 5-Day R350, Night Owl R495 and Student All-Access R895 per month, incl. VAT. Student card and proof of registration required; re-verified every February. Student plans.

How much is boardroom and meeting room hire?

Village Chamber (10 seats) R350 an hour, Village Boardroom (12 seats) R390 an hour. Members get discounted room rates. Half-day, full-day and conference packages are quoted on application. Book a room.

Do you offer corporate or team discounts?

Yes. Teams of 3+ on private office plans qualify for volume pricing, and corporate clients booking regular boardroom or event hire can access bulk rates. WhatsApp us for a tailored quote.
